Concerned that your data isn't of sufficient quality or governed properly? Are your apps running slowly or of poor design? 

Why not undergo an Ometis Health Check of your data platform? We will review the software, the infrastructure and the deployment.  This will include an analysis of server performance and disk storage (for on premises customers), licenses, dashboard usage plus a review of the reloads and any failures. 

We will also comment on the user interface design and write up everything in a report. The report will include recommendations and suggestions for next steps.

This is open to all Qlik users not just Ometis customers.

 Access our support desk via phone or our Support Portal or email. They will help with software bug diagnosis and case handling of escalations to Qlik and we will advise on their suggested fixes.

Premier

Our Premier package includes additional services including installations and upgrade assistance, configuration of SSO and application of any SSL certificates. We will test data connections and set up mobile access and when applicable we will install and configure additional monitoring apps.

Do you need support outside of our normal business hours of 09:00 to 17:30? If so, do get in touch as a number of our clients take advantage of this service providing additional peace of mind for those early starters and late finishers!
