Do we need a data team or internal resource to run this?

No. We handle everything from integration to ongoing maintenance. Your team uses the dashboards. 

How disruptive is the setup process?

Your team's involvement is limited to a scoping session at the start and training at go-live. We handle all the technical work in between, including data reconciliation across your systems. 

What happens if we change systems or open new sites?

We update the connectors and your historical data stays intact. New sites come onto the platform without a new project. 

Who owns our data?

You do. All data is hosted in the UK. Data exports are available on request and may be subject to an additional fee.
