When does billing start?

Your setup fee is collected on your contract start date via Direct Debit through GoCardless. Monthly subscription fees begin on the first of the month after your first integration goes live. You only start paying once the service is up and running.

Can I add sites and integrations during the year?

Yes to both.

A site is any individual trading location for which data is loaded into the platform. New sites are added at any time and reflected in billing from the first day of the following month. Additional integrations added after your contract start date carry a setup fee per integration. 

Can I use my own AI?

Yes. You can connect your own AI agent to the platform at no additional cost, provided it accesses data through the platform in accordance with the agreement. 

Is my data secure?

Yes. Tahola-AI operates a Zero Trust security framework with role-based access control and two-factor authentication as standard. Your data is held within the platform and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
