Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter

2. Eligibility

  • The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Ometis Limited, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, you must provide your name, email address, and the name of the company you work for via the entry form on our IDC Spotlight webpage.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Bulk or automated entries will be disqualified.

4. Prize Draw Period

  • Opening date: 25 February 2026 at 00:01 GMT
  • Closing date: 25 May 2026 at 23:59 GMT
  • Entries received outside this period will not be valid.

5. The Prize

The prize is one (1) Amazon gift voucher with a value of £200 (two hundred pounds).

  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • There is no cash alternative.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random on 25 May 2026 after the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place.
  • The winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize.
  • If the winner does not respond within 14 days, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same process.

7. Publicity

By entering this prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the draw, including the use of their name and company name in announcements. No other personal details will be published without consent.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Your personal data will be used solely to administer this prize draw and, if you have opted in, to send you marketing communications.
  • Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Non-winning entries will be deleted within 90 days of the draw taking place, unless you have opted in to receive marketing communications.
  • You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at info@ometis.co.uk. 

9. General

  • The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or cannot be delivered for technical or other reasons.
  • This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Amazon. Amazon is a registered trademark of Amazon.com, Inc.
  • These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
